J. Neal MacDonald with his Wife Louise
As Vice President of a large insurance carrier, J. Neale MacDonald saw a need for an independent adjusting company that would exceed the expectations of all potential clients. In 1957 he established J. Neale MacDonald Company and fulfilled that need by strong leadership, tight controls, and dedicated employees. That leadership has been handed down through his family and is now the backbone of what is now The MacDonald Companies, Inc.
The MacDonald Companies, Inc. has evolved into a multi-faceted, comprehensive Claims Administration and Investigative firm responding to the unique needs of Defense Attorneys, Brokers, Insurance Carriers, Self-Insureds and Risk Retention Groups, while maintaining that core dedication to our clients and under the same values handed down by our founder. We have succeeded in achieving our goal of “Service to the Insurance Industry” for over 50 years by applying hard work and family values to the insurance industry.
